Sentinel: Quince Branch over Water

This screen print was created using 4 stencils/screens, multiple colors, gradients, textures, and the reduction process through screen printing.  All stencils were hand painted onto the screen using screen filler and then printed with a squeegee.  The branch texture was created by flicking ink onto the surface of the screen with a toothbrush and then printed with a squeegee.  The resulting effect made the edition varied, which caused each print to be an “edition variable”.  This print marks the first image of a screen print series that will combine my own ikebana creations with mokuhanga inspired effects.  [ikebana: the Japanese art of flower arrangement; mokuhanga: the Japanese art of woodblock printing]   

I, Heidi Lingamfelter Almosara, am the creator of all works of art made available through www.heidiography.com.  Your purchase will include the original work of art(s) plus a Certificate of Authenticity to confirm the provenance of your purchase.  A large majority of my prints are limited edition which means only a limited number of prints were hand printed and therefore made available for purchase.  The exclusive nature of a limited edition print effectively raises its value.  The cost of shipping is included within the artwork price.  Shipping materials include, but are not limited to, glassine paper, bubble wrap, plastic wrap, packing tape, foam board, small tube, large tube, and/or cardboard box.  The utmost care will be taken to package up the artwork(s) to ensure that no damage will occur in shipping.  Insurance will be added to all packaged artworks.  In the unfortunate event that your artwork is delivered damage, then please notify me via heidiography@gmail.com and send photos of the damaged artwork.  The buyer will be reimbursed if there is sufficient damage done to the artwork due to shipping.  Transit time may vary depending on the location of the customer.  I agree to ship the purchased original work of art(s) directly to the buyer within 7 days following the date of purchase.  A shipment tracking number will be provided to the buyer as well as a notification email that their artwork(s) have shipped.  If shipping is delayed for any reason, I will contact the buyer via email.  

I reserve the right to cancel any order placed base on sole discretion, such as if the art is out of stock, discontinued, or otherwise unavailable.  If an order is cancelled, I will send you an email confirmation cancelling the order and you will not be charged for anything. When purchasing an artwork(s), please review your purchase in its entirety and make sure the artwork(s) are items that you indeed want.  There are no refunds and/or cancellations given to the buyer.    

I will only use your shipping/billing address and contact information for communicating with you about your order, to fulfill orders, and for legal purposes such as reporting taxes.
